Increase your Confidence
Most of
us experience moments of self-doubt, poor self-talk low
confidence and low self-esteem.
Many times this can motivate us to do better or try harder.
It is when these feelings give a person negative results that a
boost in confidence is helpful. When low
confidence results in no longer trying, no longer caring
to try, hypnotherapy is often able to help.
When using hypnosis
and behavior modification to address low confidence, I work for
two things. I want to understand and deal with anything
behind the current level of self-worth. Then build new
confidence.
Confidence issues can
increase the strength of other problems. If someone has
low inner confidence, they will often feel badly about
themselves in different ways. If they have a habit like
smoking that makes them feel good, this good feeling will be
much more important to them in a relative sense. When the
confidence is addressed, the good feeling from the smoking
habit comes back to a realistic perspective and is easier to
deal with.
Using hypnosis and behavior modification, we are able to improve
confidence which makes other life changes so much easier.
Feeling a renewed
sense of confidence feels good. Watching the positive results as they effect your life feels even better.
