Three hours of customized, private sessions. Typically split into three, separate, one hour sessions over a two week period. Directly address your unique triggers and cravings around your smoking habit.

Includes: 19 page information and instruction binder, Eight CD and/or MP3 self-hypnosis program (Quit Smoking #1 & #2, Quit Smoking Aversion, Stress Reduction, Weight Management #1, Self-Confidence, Self-Hypnosis Instruction, Sleep).

LEVEL 1:

Includes: One, customized, private hypnosis session. Directly address your unique triggers and cravings around your eating habits. 16 page information and instruction binder, Seven CD and/or MP3 self-hypnosis program (Weight Management #1 & #2, Stress Reduction, Confidence # 1 and 2, and Self-Hypnosis Instruction, Sleep), Monthly group meetings with nutrition and health related guest speakers, and six month email and/or phone support.

LEVEL 2:

Includes: Level 1, plus two "General Sessions", two "Maintenance Sessions", and four Group Dietitian Sessions. A total of five hypnosis sessions.
