Your (Free) Consultation

I believe a free consultation is a great way to get things started. While not everyone needs a consultation prior to making an appointment for a session, many people do benefit from it.

Many people do not have real experience with hypnosis and may have never seen legitimate, professional hypnosis. (Stage shows for entertainment do not count.....)

Because of this, I want to be sure you, my client, understand what hypnosis is, and what it will be like for you.

A lot of time can be spent discussing hypnosis - what it is and what it is not. While that is an important part of the consultation it is not the only part. Hypnosis is just the process. What you come to see me for is help in achieving your goals. So, we discuss your goals.

We discuss what you have tried in the past, what has worked, and, what has not. We discuss realistic expectations from the hypnosis work for your particular issue. And, most importantly, we outline the plan to reach your goals.
